A town-centre office to home
An application for 4B Reform Lane in Lerwick proposes changing commercial office space to a domestic dwelling, with an extension and replacement window. The September 2026 drawings identify the existing commercial office at first-floor level and mark the ground-floor hairdresser at 4A “to remain.”

What the submitted plans say
The location plan describes the site as a town-centre location. It says no parking is currently available and none is proposed; it also says the building entrances will not change and lists access by the existing steel staircase. The drawing records no proposed change to foul or surface drainage.

Status
The Shetland Council application summary matched to 2026/200/PPF lists the portal status as “Unknown.” CityScope’s current dossier contains no decision entry, so the material checked establishes a proposal but no planning outcome.
