Non-Material Variation to Planning Consent 21/00381/FUL. Previously consented drawings CA-NR-XX-DR-A-EL_001 Rev A and CA-NR-XX-DR-A-EL_002 Rev A identify the following variations: a. Precon Bricks Muirfield Tumbled concrete brick replaces clay brick b. Precast concrete cladding to ground floor replaced with concrete facing brick. Specification to match upper floors. Double soldier course at first floor slab level. Increased cavity width at ground floor level to achieve recessed window openings c. Entrance colonnade formed in PPC steel, finish to match access balcony steelwork d. Floor to floor levels amended, reducing overall building height e. Precast concrete window surrounds to windows on upper floors
