Original Description

Non-material Variation application for 22/03600/FUL. Move PV solar panels from storey east facing roof to west facing roof over garage. The west elevation is facing towards the northwest, hence the east towards the southeast. Moving the panels to the eat elevation will make a significant improvement to efficiency. The brick cladding photo on page 28 of the design statement is of a Marziale brick. Unfortunately, that the particulate Marziale brick is no longer available in this country. However, the contractor has been able to source an alternative Carthago WF brick which is a very close match. On the attached photo of a brick panel, the bottom five courses are built with Carthago WF and the top three the Marziale.
