As filed with the council

Non-Material Variation to Planning Consent 24/03166/FUL. 1. Of the four trees originally proposed for removal within the car park, two can now be retained. The remaining two, which were to be replaced, cannot be replanted this winter in line with the original programme. It is therefore proposed that these are replaced with container-grown trees, allowing planting to take place out with the winter season. 2. The tree previously identified for removal to the west of the pitch area has been assessed as being in good health and is now proposed for retention. 3. The Landscape Architect has recommended that the tree next to the southern fence of the pitch, which is leaning and may present future issues for the school, is removed and replaced with a container-grown tree.
