Extensive repair of single glazed windows to council owned flat and fit new double-glazed panes. Any new elements will match existing in profile. New double-glazed panes to improve the thermal performance of the windows. The double-glazed panes to be slimline glazing to suit existing astragals,14mm wide with 4mm panes and 6mm cavity. Existing window fittings and locks to be retained and restored unless noted. If replacement is required, they must be of traditional design in lacquered brass.
