As filed with the council

Currently we have two large single glazed windows at the front of our flat. Seeking to replace both windows with double glazed windows to improve energy efficiency. The replacement window specifications are double glazed with 6mm toughened glass & hardwood timbers. The new windows will keep the original size and have either 3 vertical or horizontal panes. We are currently working with glazier to finalise design. Due to substantial cost we are seeking Certificate of Lawfulness before proceeding.
