As filed with the council
Non Material Variation - The proposed frontage design retains the existing glazed shopfront and canopy, with the introduction of an illuminated 'Charlotte House' sign mounted to the edge of the canopy, together with new black vertical lines and identity manifestation detailing applied to the glazing panel. Existing metal frontage elements, currently finished in black, are proposed to be redecorated in RAL 9005 (Jet Black), including the canopy structure, to provide a consistent and refined appearance. The metal cladding adjacent to the entrance door will be replaced with a bronze finished panel incorporating a new door entry system. No alterations are proposed to the surrounding granite façade, which will remain unchanged.
