Electricity supply to building needs to be replaced. SP Energy Networks have advised that "cables for all the flats will follow the existing routes of the current cables", however some drilling within the common stairwell may be required. Contractors on behalf of SP Energy Networks will make good any ways made with white multi-purpose filler for walls and ceilings and Cement for between floors.
